I added the missing sound to the scenes in the movie opening. I also added a rain effect and a new title to the movie title. A gradient was added on top of the rain effect and title to add a subtle ring around the title as the title slowly zooms in. Instead of a pencil sound in the studio logo I changed it to a TV static sound which made more sense. I put the titles in the correct order and put them in a better position on the screen. Finally the shot reverse shot was not added because we had decided that the scene would look a lot better from one angle.

Filming: Day 4
We started all the rest of the scenes, in my house and the street where I lives. First we recorded the scene in my room when Lara is packing away. Then the scene when she’s going downstairs with the suitcase, for this we recorded from the bottom of the stairs. Then we filmed outside, in the street; when the car stops in the side of the road. We filmed the scene when the assassins are inside the car; we placed the microphone inside the car and the camera outside, so we had a clear sound but a dark shot. Finally we filmed when Lewis went into the house.
Editing Update: 1
I started by rearranging the footage into the correct order and cutting them down to the correct size. I then edited the sound so that it was not too loud and that the music could be heard. After that I added a filter to the first half of the movie opening to make it a lot more gritty and dark looking. Finally I edited the sound so that some parts were muted to remove the noise interference from the mobile phone signals.
I have yet to include the voice for two of the three of the clips.
Filming: Day 3
First we started filming a close-up in Lara’s face, to show when the boss is angry, then a shot with the assassins entering the room and another one with them talking with the boss. At the end we forgot to make a shot of the assassins going out of the room, so we solved this problem in the editing playing backwards the bit when the door opens. Finally, we finished this first with nice shots, acting, and sound.

Filming: Day 2
We hired Lewis, James and Lara to act in our film, so we could finish the first scene with good shots. However we could not finish filming in the time frame we had for that day so we continued later.

Filming: Day 1
The first day of filming we filmed inside the boarding house, in the room near Mr Bunney’s office. We started with the idea that the film will be played by Andy, Lara, Mariana and Alex; but when we started the first scene and we already had some shots of the assassins entering the room and talking with the boss, we realized that we were really bad at acting, so the next day we deleted all the shots and we started talking with some people to hire them as actors in the film.

Non Diegetic Music
Why we picked this music.
Hitman.mp3
We decided to pick this song because of the menacing melody
and slow beat that made it seem even more menacing. This is also helped by
repeating the same sounds over and over but louder every time, and by using
pauses periodically in the music. There is also a crescendo at the end that
will excite people. This will be used as non-diegetic sound that will play when
the assassin walks out of the car.
Invariance.mp3
Invariance also has a lot of tension in the piece for most of the same reasons. It repeats itself and has sometimes gets louder. Just like in Hitman there are pauses between every note to keep the tensions high and promise action soon. However this is a slower paced and will be used before the assassins walk towards the car.
